Priyanka is a general practitioner at the firm’s Dubai office. She has a diverse range of interests, but primarily focuses on corporate, commercial, banking, and finance law sectors. Priyanka is responsible for non-contentious legal matters and provides expert advice to clients on transaction assignments, corporate structing and financing. Priyanka's clientele is primarily made up of expatriates residing in the UAE and she is renowned for providing exceptional legal services. With a sharp eye for detail and a rigorous approach to legal analysis, Priyank has established herself as a formidable force in the legal community. Priyanka reports to senior attorneys and maintains a remarkable clientele between Fotis' Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. Priyanka has a particular focus on private clients and excels in dispute resolution matters. She is also an active writer for Fotis' in-house publication, Lawtify. Priyanka brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to each and every case.
