Neïl Drahmoune is Legal Associate at Fotis International Law Firm. Neïl specialises in corporate laws and keen focus on real estate and construction industry, both on contentions and non-contentions perspectives. Neïl has successfully represented numerous clients on high value real estate and commercial cases before the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre and Dubai International Arbitration Centre. His clients value his knowledge on technical disputes, drafting pleadings, and advising on evidentiary requirements in breach of contract claims, extensions of time (EoTs), and damage evaluations. He has helped the firm grow over the years, and services major investors and conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates.

Neïl has extensive experience structuring various corporate and commercial arrangements for regional and international clients in the Middle East region.
