Eshaan Bora is a Junior Legal Associate at Fotis International Law Firm. Eshaan bags experience in commercial litigation and corporate matters. He specializes in Energy Laws and caters to the legal requirements of numerous companies invested in oil and gas, renewable resources and EPC (engineering, procurement and contracting) companies. His versatility and expertise in commercial matters has also enabled the senior attorneys at the firm in dealing with technical cases, intellectual property and debt recovery.

Eshaan regularly advises clients on registration of intellectual property, IP disputes, commercial cases and transactional contracts. He has been keen on establishing the firm’s footprint in a diverse industrial spectrum over the past years. Prior to joining Fotis International, Eshaan was a litigator in India and worked with reputable senior advocates to assist corporations and multi-national entities in complex litigations.
