Biography

Amina Khan is a General Practitioner at Fotis International Law Firm, based in the firm’s Dubai office. She brings with her a wide level of interest focusing mainly on family, employment and immigration law sector, with both contentious and non-contentious responsibilities. She also frequently assists and advises clients on real estate and tenancy related matters within the firm. Her main focus being on private clients, she is able to cater to the legal requirements of the major expatriate population in the United Arab Emirates.

She reports to the senior attorneys within the firm and maintains a remarkable clientele between the firm’s Dubai and Abu Dhabi (ADGM) offices. Our private clients benefit from her keen expertise in dispute resolution matters. She is also an active writer to the firm’s inhouse publication, Lawtify. Prior to commencing her journey with Fotis International, Amina was employed with another Dubai based law firm.
